SMOKING & PET POLICY:

No Smoking/Vaping/Marijuana Use, No Pet (Service Dogs Ok):

This is a No Smoking/No Vaping/No Marijuana Use Facility. No Pet (Professionally trained and licensed Service Dogs Welcome). If there is smoking/vaping/marijuana used in the rooms or any damage or additional cleaning due to a pet being in the room there will be an additional charge. Any damage caused by service animals will also be enforced in additional charges.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

72 -Hours Before Check-In

As long as a reservation is cancelled 72-hours before check in we can get you refunded in full free of charge. Long term stays (Weekly/Bi-Weekly, Monthly) are NON REFUNDABLE after check in, if cancelled 72 hours in advance prior to check in this will be refunded in full.For any questions or concerns please contact our front desk at 1(208)742-1444.
